Exosomal microRNAs in the development of essential hypertension and its potential as biomarkers
نویسندگان
چکیده
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small regulatory molecules that involved in posttranscriptional modifications. These noncoding RNAs usually ferried by extracellular carriers such as exosomes or other protein and lipid inside a range of body fluids including plasma urine. Due to their ability withstand harsh external conditions, exosomal miRNAs possess enormous potential noninvasive disease biomarkers for, notably hypertension, whereby have been implicated its pathophysiological processes. More importantly, alterations the microenvironment result progression can induce active selective loading into exosomes. In this paper, we first review mechanisms miRNA exosomes, followed roles development potentials comparison with free circulating miRNAs. Finally, challenges future research surrounding will also be discussed. This aid understanding for early diagnosis hypertension probing therapeutic efficacy.

Hypothesis: Exosomal microRNAs as potential biomarkers for schizophrenia.
Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder with lifelong morbidity and increased mortality. Currently, the diagnosis of the disorder is based on patient history and clinical examination, but it has a low inter-rater reliability and validity. Various biological variables, such as event related potentials, hormonal levels, brain ventricular volume and hippocampal size, have been put forth as obje...
متن کاملPotential Roles of Exosomal MicroRNAs as Diagnostic Biomarkers and Therapeutic Application in Alzheimer's Disease
Exosomes are bilipid layer-enclosed vesicles derived from endosomes and are released from neural cells. They contain a diversity of proteins, mRNAs, and microRNAs (miRNAs) that are delivered to neighboring cells and/or are transported to distant sites. miRNAs released from exosomes appear to be associated with multiple neurodegenerative conditions linking to Alzheimer's disease (AD) which is ma...
